Opinion on gerbils? I respect their opinions, and while they’re similar to hamsters and mice as ‘pet rodents’ I feel they have enough defining traits to be considered worthy members of rodentia. 7/10.

Desert island. Which person from Karma would I rather be stuck with? Probably Nova. They’re a really interesting dude with some cool opinions and they’re fun to talk to. I wouldn’t really be strategizing to get off said desert island, since my chances of getting off it would be astronomically low, so I’d rather just have someone to talk to.

Do I consider myself a well-prepared person? I mean, I’ve always felt like I’m not qualified to talk good about myself but, I think I’m a pretty prepared person. I like making plans based on what’s available to me, stuff like that. But probably not prepared enough to get off a desert island.

Do I like to plan, or do I like to wing it? Why not both? I like heading in with a plan of what I’m going to say and what I could potentially bring up, but overall I feel that most of the stuff I do is just... calculated improv.

Favorite Pokémon? Skarmory. it’s a metal bird, man. i really dunno what else to say other than that’s totally badass

Do I think Zodiac signs mean anything? Zodiac signs are a fun little thing to get into, but I feel like letting them actually influence your daily decisions is tricky. So not really.

Thoughts on Zodiac boats? One sharp rock and the whole thing pops. That’s terrifying enough on a slow, kayak-style inflatable, but on an inflatable boat with a motor? Yikes.

Favorite boat? The Marie Celeste. Probably the coolest unsolved mystery and also, ghost boat. I love ghost boats.

Am I a romantic? I’m a cynic. I was raised in a world that seems to be getting worse every day. I’m one of those people who worries about when we’ll hit peak oil. But I was also raised by Aaron Sorkin, so I daydream and overdramatize as well. This one’s a toughie, I dunno.

Is ‘this’ll make a badass story’ a good reason to get in trouble? Depends. If it causes little consequences to others and you look hella cool while doing so, go for it. But if it affects and inconveniences other people you want to steer away from that.

Most exotic animal I've ever held? nova, i live in the midwest. i held a praying mantis once and that was cool but it's the midwest

What's something I created that I'm really proud of? I did an essay in high school that dissected Jurassic Park and its characters, and I'm really proud of it. I did tons of research and read the book thrice to get it done. But I'm also not 'present it to the entire world' proud of it, probably cuz showing off my writing is really difficult for me.

Positions in Karma. Which would I want to pick and why do I think I'd be good at it? Guru of Diplomacy. Ignore the fact that I'd be stepping on Aav's shoes here, and if that were the case I maybe wouldn't wanna pick this one. I'm a diplomacy guy, I think I'm pretty good at negotiating and communication is one of my strong suits. It's a position I would feel comfortable in. But maybe stepping out of my comfort zone is what I need, I dunno.

Who would win: Zulus or Rome? Rome. It's the mohawk helmets in the end. The mohawks exert more power than any army ever could.

Favorite seasoning? sugar

What's an album I can listen to without skipping a single song? The soundtrack to Sonic the Hedgehog 3 & Knuckles. Easily the best music composed for a video game, ever.

The image in Nova's signature. 18 to squirrel? Eh. It's definitely a solid apricot but the image didn't really resonate with me. The art, however, is great, and it exemplifies Nova's personality perfectly. But it's just not squirrel material, y'know?
